Democrat senators calling for change in health care reform law

The Health care reform law has become a whirlwind of controversy ever since it has been enacted. Republicans are intent to block it even though it’s already a law but Democrats are trying to save it with their own strategies.

Recently, two Democrats – Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Sen. Max Baucus – both of whom are also responsible for the health care reform law’s enactment, are now calling for a change in the law they helped to develop. The change is in repealing the law’s requirement for businesses to report to the government all of the vendor payments that have a value of $600 or more.
