It is either personally committed or legally required to provide services regardless of patient’s ability to pay for the millons without health insurance.
Those people that care to the uninsured and underserved form loosely knit, frayed, and often torn group that is called the health care safety net are willing to provide by the health care professionals. This are consists of a mix people and institutions which includes hospital emergency departments, public hospitals, community health centers, free clinics, and private physicians’ offices, among others.
